If applied in a dry environment, spray some water to expedite the curing process. If an excess amount of glue is exposed to air without sufficient moisture, it will not cure properly.
For the best result, always apply the glue directly to the point of contact between surfaces not "around" it. Depends on the moisture level and the amount of glue used, the fixture time varies from 10second to 30mins, full cure time varies from 10mins to 24 hours. You don't have to wait!
